Our experience was excellent. the hotel was clean, and the staff was personable. the location was great for the events we attended. Also, it was close to other stores, Graceland, downtown Memphis, and various family attractions. the room was nicely furnished with beautiful wall decor and kitchen curtains.

The manager, Katrina Blackshear, went above and beyond to help fix my situation. She listened to my story and worked tirelessly to make sure my family had a comfortable stay. She even allowed us to check into a double bed room instead of a king size bed room, which was perfect for our family of four. Katrina stayed with me for two hours, dealing with the Marriott rewards department and making sure my points were reissued correctly. She even went as far as taking my phone to another hotel so we wouldn't be put on hold again. I was truly impressed by her dedication and exceptional customer service. My family and I are grateful to Katrina for saving our vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service.

I booked reasonably large brand-new room on the walls in the kitchen curtains. Location: the hotel was just next door to both family and area attractions, the center of many great eateries, and Southaven. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from O'charley's, ate there couple of times.
